Can I change or cancel my booking?
It depends on the status of the booking and the type of quest.
Here are the highlights:
- If you bought a quest without tickets or culinary experiences and have not yet started the quest, then the booking can be canceled within 15 days after purchase.
- If you bought a quest with tickets or culinary experiences, then cancellation is possible in cases where your ticket has not yet been generated in the application and the restaurants accept. The application shows the status of the formation of the tickets and culinary experiences.
- If you bought a quest without tickets or culinary experiences and want to take it on another day, then you do not need to contact us. The quest will be available to you at any time after purchase.
- If you bought a quest with tickets or culinary experiences, and want to change the date of its holding, then changing the booking is agreed upon individually.

How can I get a refund?
You can ask for a refund if you notify us within 15 days after purchase and you have not yet started the quest; or if you couldn't play the quest due to technical issues.
- If you cancel within 15 days after payment: We will charge a small cancellation fee of 10,000 VND per booking.
- If you couldn't play the quest due to technical issues: No charge. You will receive a full refund.
